Raphiel Demo — Privacy Notice

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This notice is about the Raphiel demo. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

When you sign in with Google to enter the demo, we receive your name and email. The entry form also collects anything you choose to tell us — company, your role, and why you're interested.

How we use it

Only to run the demo, to understand who's evaluating Raphiel, and to contact you about your interest. We don't sell it and we don't send marketing email.

The demo's data

The demo runs on anonymised sample data. Anything you edit is visible to other visitors and is wiped nightly.

Sharing

We share your details only with the services that run the demo (Google for sign-in, our hosting). No one else.

Removal

To have your details deleted, email [email protected].
